We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases across all of our products.

We take care in packaging each and every item in ensuring that it reaches you safely. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us a photo and a description of the issue at hello@thebalichapter.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue. 

Cancel or amend order

To cancel an order, please email us at hello@thebalichapter.com immediately as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at hello@thebalichapter with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.
